Gift Making with Plants

The Pacific Northwest provides us with a wilderness of gifts! The plants that we live around can give us food, medicine, shelter, fire, fibers, and so much more. Join us as we celebrate the bounty of gifts that can be made with our green allies.

In this class we will be making gifts with local plants. Projects will focus on working with plant fibers. Options include plaited baskets, bark containers, bark-tanned leather pouches as well as other hands-on creations.

It is the time of giving, the time to connect and the time to tend to warmth within. Come celebrate the gifts of plants in our community!
