Wild Plant Infusions for the Kitchen

In this class, Community Herbalist Rachael Witt will briefly discuss how to identify, harvest and utilize wild flora growing in the Pacific Northwest. She will share recipes and samples of medicinal and edible plant-infused vinegar, herbal finishing salt, peppers and more. Participants will have the opportunity to make a wild plant infusion to bring home and use in their kitchens. Now is the time to eat on the wild side!
