Spring is an abundant time here in the Pacific Northwest and there are new delicious greens popping up every day. Come join us in the Seattle area where Rachael will be offering a class with the Seattle Area Plant Foragers Meet Up Group!

In this wild edible plant class, we will walk through Steward Park with Rachael Witt, local herbalist and plant enthusiast, and learn how to identify local edible plants, ethical techniques for harvesting them, and how to prepare these plants as food for the season. We will sample nourishing teas, vinegars and salts and taste a variety of wild plants during the class. Recipes and wild food inspiration will be provided. Be dressed and prepared for any kind of weather! 

There is a $15 fee for this class that covers the cost of time for the instructor and supplies.
