Understanding Our Wild Weeds Workshop

Did you know that many of our weeds are both edible and medicinal?

Join us as we learn about the nutritional benefits of weeds and how to integrate these wild plants into your diet and daily life. Topics include botanical identification, seasonal tending, edibility/medicinal benefits/ toxicity, and how to use them as food or medicine within your home. Each participant can go home with plants to work with, a wild weed infusion, and a lot of recipes. Join Rachael as she teams up with the Duvall Food Forest for this workshop, and gain awareness and appreciation for the many uses of wild weeds!
