Spring Wild Plant Foraging- 5 Part Series

The soundscape of the birds and frogs are accompanying the new growth of the plant world as Spring unfurls. During this time of renewal our bodies are making adjustments to the shift in energy and changing food source. This is the time to turn towards the awakening green world– tender new leaves, sprouting greens, unfurling fiddleheads, and pollen rich blossoms.

Join Rachael Witt as she leads us on wild plant expeditions. In this five session spring foraging series, we will learn about plant identification, ethical harvesting, the energetics of the season as well as wild edibles and medicinals. We will gather, process and bring home harvested plants, recipes and knowledge to prepare ourselves to live with the season.
