Join community herbalist, Rachael Witt (RH, AHG), as she shares tried and true first aid herbal remedies and must-have herbs for at home care. Participants will learn how to build a practical and effective herbal first aid kit. We will cover key herbs for common issues like cuts, bruises, burns, colds, and digestive upset, along with preparation methods such as salves, tinctures and teas. This is an opportunity to learn which herbs to have on hand, how to use them safely, and integrate herbal care into your daily life.
