Join Rachael for a workshop on Fire Cider and herbal vinegars at Jubilee Farm! We will start in the field introducing immune-enhancing plants; learning about their identification, growing traits, and what parts to harvest at what time of year. We will harvest, process and infuse herbs (and vegetables!) while learning about their nutritional and medicinal properties. All participants will go home with a jar of Fire Cider and an herbal infused vinegar as well as a farm experience and mind-full of herbal knowledge. Come and enjoy the herbal offerings at Jubilee Farm!
